Duncan Truswell

Duncan Truswell is currently the Strategic Lead for Talent and Performance at Sport England since October 2016, overseeing the strategy execution with a budget of approximately £25m per annum. Duncan also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for both the World Sailing Trust and Eric Twiname Trust, focusing on marine health, access, youth pathway, and supporting young sailors in the UK. Prior to their current roles, Duncan was the Director of Sport Development and Youth Racing Manager at the Royal Yachting Association from January 2009 to October 2016. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Politics from Swansea University.
