Esther Jones Ply

Esther Jones PLY is a seasoned professional in the sports sector with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Disability at Sport England since July 2022 and as a Board Trustee for Cerebral Palsy Sport. A former elite athlete in Para Athletics and a long-term member of Cerebral Palsy Sport, Esther also held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Manager at UK Coaching from January 2021 to July 2022, after a 17-year tenure with the organization. Committed to promoting inclusivity in sports, Esther advocates for the development of individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities within coaching and physical activity.
