Owen Neal

Owen Neal is an experienced planning manager with a career in public policy and planning spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Planning Manager at Sport England since May 2016, Owen has previously held positions including Planning Policy Officer at the Department for Communities and Local Government, Policy Officer at the Department for Education of the UK, and Policy Analyst at the General Teaching Council for England. Earlier experience includes a role as a Planning Policy Assistant at London Borough of Sutton. Owen holds an MA in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England and a BA Honours in Politics with International Relations from Swansea University.
