Louise Lanfranconi's work experience begins with their role as a Purchasing Assistant for The Kooples Sport collections in 2015. Louise then worked as a Key Account Assistant for Hard Discount clients at Unilever in 2016. In 2017, they became a Junior Consultant at Le Groupe La Poste, where they helped build the identity cards for major sport events in France and recommended services for event organizers. In 2018, they interned as a Brands Marketing Activation & Olympics Intern at Bridgestone EMEA. The following year, Louise worked as a Market Insights & Analytics Project Manager at Havas Sports & Entertainment, supporting clients in making important decisions through market analysis and insights. Louise joined Sport Heroes in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager for Virtual Clubs, and later became a Team Lead Junior CSM for Premium Accounts, managing a team of three and supporting key clients in their community engagement journeys. Louise is currently the Team Lead CSM for Premium Accounts at Sport Heroes.
Louise Lanfranconi began their education in 2008 at Lycée Charles de Gaulle in Caen, where they completed their Baccalauréat scientifique in 2011. Louise then attended Lycée Henri IV in Paris from 2011 to 2013 to pursue a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce. In 2013, they moved to Intégrale - Paris for a year to continue their Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce.
In 2014, Louise Lanfranconi enrolled at ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management with a focus on the Sport Business track until 2019. During their time at ESSEC, they also completed a Sport Business Track in 2017.
In 2018, they briefly attended Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa for their Master of Business Administration (MBA), but no specific field of study is provided for this degree.
