Ness Benchekroune is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Operations at The Leading Hotels of the World and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Sport Hotels Resort & Spa S.A since June 2022. With extensive experience, including former roles as Restaurant General Manager at Gourmet Gulf LLC and Branch Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co., Benchekroune has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational management, team leadership, and financial oversight, achieving significant sales growth and enhancing service quality. Benchekroune holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Administration from Autonomous University Barcelona and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from CETT Hospitality Management.
