Robert Rasmussen, CTS

Robert Rasmussen, CTS has a long history of work experience in the audio/visual industry. Robert began their career in 2004 as a Lead Technician at AVI-SPL, where they configured and installed large, complex audio/visual systems for clients across the U.S. In 2011, they moved to Visual Sound as a Lead Technician. In 2012, they began working as a Freelance Technician with a friend who had similar experience and cared about quality work. In 2013, they co-owned Elite Audio Visual Solutions, providing experienced AV technical support to companies in the Baltimore D.C. area. In 2016, they became a Senior Field Engineer at Diversified, where their role was to provide experience-based guidance and lead the commissioning and closeout activities on the job site. In 2017, they joined AVI-SPL again, this time as a Project Engineer and Senior Project Manager. In 2020, they moved to Herman Integration Services, an ADI Company, as a Field Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined SVT as a Customer Success Engineer. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Engineer at Pro-Tech Management.

Robert Rasmussen, CTS, obtained their High School Diploma from Chapelgate Christian Academy in 2002. Robert then attended Lincoln Technical Institute to study Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. In 2011, they obtained the DMC-E certification from Crestron Electronics.
