Hayden Kilbuck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and property management within the sports and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Field Operations Coordinator at Sportable since July 2023, Hayden previously held positions such as Property Manager at O’Neill Rentals, LLC, overseeing a profitable rental property in Big Sky, Montana, and Operations Coordinator at Fan Controlled Football, where responsibilities included managing logistics for 175+ athletes and staff and contributing to award-nominated gameday technology initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in event contracting across various organizations, as Tournament Director for Sports Force Parks, and as a Stadium Ambassador for Real Salt Lake, further complemented by a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
