Quinten Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Quinten started their career as an Operations Engineer at Shell Oil Company in 2009, where they worked until 2013. In 2015, Griffiths founded Chinook Capital Group and served as the Founder & Managing Director until 2017. After that, they joined MuniSight as the President, a position they held until 2020. In 2020, Griffiths became a Partner at GoodCapital. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Sportball Coaching Kids' Sports, a position they assumed in 2023.
Quinten Griffiths holds a Master's of Business Administration from INSEAD. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.

Sportball began in 1995 with just 3 children and a single location. The company began franchising in 2005, and today is proud to offer programs in more than 500 locations in Canada, the United States and Singapore. Sportball was one of the first programs of its kind to focus on building developmentally appropriate skills through non-competitive sports, games and activities – and the company keeps evolving to make sure that it delivers the best in sports programming for kids under 12, whether that means partnering with leading research institutions, offering adapted programs or working with schools to enhance existing physical education programs.
