Kevin Serou is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and product management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of DEFIT since May 2021, Kevin is involved in pushing the boundaries of the sport economy. In addition to this role, Kevin is a member of SporTech FR and has previously held positions such as Board Member at French Tech Pau Béarn and laureate at Réseau Entreprendre Adour. Prior to their current ventures, Kevin successfully founded and led 360Wellness, a mobile application focused on holistic health tracking. Kevin's extensive tenure at ZF Group included critical roles such as Head of Product Management & Engineering for the Asia Pacific region, where significant achievements included growing market share and overseeing global projects. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance.

En 2019, quelques fondateurs de startups ont souhaité se regrouper pour porter la voix de l’innovation dans le sport français. Ils ont créé l’association SporTech, association de loi 1901 financée par les adhésions de ses membres et par ses partenaires et mécènes. NOTRE MISSION : Participer à l’éclosion d’une nation sportive grâce à l’innovation NOS ACTIONS : Favoriser les échanges avec tout l’écosystème sportif français, et créer des connexions utiles au développement des startups. Nous réalisons des livrables inédits, tribunes, interviews, podcasts... destinés à mieux faire connaître ce secteur en pleine mutation technologique.
