Mathias Schwägerl has over 16 years of work experience. Mathias is currently the Global CFO / Managing Director at Sport Group Holding since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Polytan GmbH for almost 9 years, first as Geschäftsführer / CFO, then as Geschäftsführer / CFO / COO. Before joining Polytan GmbH, they were the Head of Group Controlling at Sport Group Holding from 2009 to 2012. Mathias started their career at PwC as a Senior Associate from 2006 to 2009.

From 2000 to 2006, Mathias Schwägerl attended WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management, where they obtained a Dipl.-Kfm. Univ. degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. In 2002, they briefly studied at European Business School (EBS) London under the Sokrates/Erasmus-Stipendium program, also focusing on Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
