Jérôme Mascré

Jérôme Mascré has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jérôme is currently the Managing Director at Sporting Group from 2022 onwards. Previously, from 2020 to 2022, they held the same position at FDJ Gaming Solutions. Prior to that, Jérôme worked at FDJ - Française des jeux, where they served as the Director of Talent Development and HR Management from 2013 to 2020. Jérôme also held the position of Director of Performance Management at FDJ from 2013 to 2018. Before joining FDJ, Jérôme was the CFO and Administrative Director at LB Poker from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on improving profitability in the competitive online poker market. In their earlier career, they held various roles at La Française des Jeux, including Departmental Manager for Commercial Sectors and Controller from 1999 to 2010. Jérôme also gained operational management experience at Sodexo Ghana as an Operations Manager in 1998 and as a Commercial at Sodexo in 1997.

Jérôme Mascré started their education at Saint Jean de Béthune in 1990, where they completed their Bac C degree in an unspecified field of study in 1991. Jérôme then attended Grandchamp from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued studies in Economics. Finally, Mascré enrolled at NEOMA Business School in 1993 and completed the Programme Grande Ecole - ESC Rouen, specializing in Cross Cultural Management, in 1996.
