Nicola Dalla Costa is an interdisciplinary professional with extensive experience in product design and development within the sports and outdoor industries. Serving as the R&D Product Manager at La Sportiva since March 2022, Nicola previously held the position of Senior Footwear Designer at Oberalp Group Spa. and worked as a Senior Product Specialist at Michelin Technical Soles. With a career that began as a designer for Anomaly Action Sports, creating ski and snowboard safety equipment, Nicola has a proven ability to lead projects and teams, driving the product creation process from conceptual sketches to production confirmation. Nicola holds a degree in Product Design, Visual Communication, and Design & Arts from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
