Godwin Mweteni is an experienced professional in customer service and management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager and Training and Quality Manager at SportPesa since March 2017. Prior to this, Godwin was a Research Assistant at NIMR from July 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included office organization, manpower recruitment and training, and adherence to management policies. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Facilitator at Digital Opportunity Trust, focusing on economic development programs and community mobilization from March 2014 to March 2015. Godwin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and attended Karatu Boys' High School.
