Phil Knowles

Phil Knowles is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as the Vice President of People Partnering, Commercial & People at Sportradar since June 2025, Phil previously held the position of Vice President, People & Capability Partner for Europe at Mastercard from September 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included partnering with senior management to develop talent strategies for a workforce of approximately 800 employees across 26 countries. Phil's prior roles include Director of HR Business Partnering at Hilton and HR Service Centre Manager at Tube Lines, contributing a wealth of expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management. Phil holds a BSc in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield and has completed advanced education at Middlesex University and Whitgift School.
