Severine Riviere-Gerstner

Severine Riviere-Gerstner has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Severine is currently the Chief People Officer at Sportradar. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Fyffes. Severine also worked as the SVP - Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Extended Board at Vorwerk Group. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Senior HR Director Asia Pacific at Steelcase, Talent & Leadership Development Lead at Novo Nordisk, and Head of Learning, Development & HR Projects at The HEINEKEN Company. In their earlier years, they gained experience as an HR Business Partner and Global Mobility Services Advisor at The HEINEKEN Company, as well as an HR Officer and Internal Auditor at Renault - Groupe BH.

Severine Riviere-Gerstner completed their Master 1 degree in Legal/ Employment law at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1998 to 2002. Severine then pursued a Master's degree in Business and Management at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management from 2004 to 2005.
