Aftab Sindh Talpur

Aftab Sindh Talpur, MSc, CEng MICE MCIHT, serves as a Senior Project Management Expert at Sports Boulevard Foundation since May 2023, focusing on promoting healthy lifestyles in Riyadh through sports and recreational activities. Prior to this role, Aftab worked as a Construction Project Manager at JASARA Program Management Company, overseeing infrastructure packages for the Qiddiya Project aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Experience also includes serving as a System Engineering Expert with the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, managing complex infrastructure projects under the National Project Management Organization. Aftab held various technical and managerial positions at the Ministry of Transportation, Egis, Waterman Aspen, Hyder Construction Inc., Jacobs, and grontmi, demonstrating extensive expertise in structural engineering and project management throughout a career that began after earning a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Newcastle University.
