Muhammad AlQahtani is an experienced executive in the construction and project management sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Sports Boulevard Foundation since October 2022. Prior to this, Muhammad held significant roles at Qiddiya Investment Company as Director of Construction and as Construction Manager, and worked as a Trainer at TÜV SÜD. A seasoned professional, Muhammad's career includes positions such as Lead Project Engineer at Aramco, Industrial City Supervisor at Saudi Industrial Property Authority "MODON," Civil Structural Engineer at Jacobs, and Resident Project Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company. Academically, Muhammad is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University and holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and a certificate as an Associate Project Engineer from The George Washington University.

Sports Boulevard project is one of Riyadh’s Four Mega projects launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, on 19 March 2019. The project will be innovative destination that contributes to fulfilling a key goal of the Saudi Vision 2030 to promote Riyadh’s position among the world’s most livable cities. Sports Boulevard is the largest linear park and a widespread destination that attracts pedestrians, professional and amateur cyclists, and horse riders, alongside art and culture enthusiasts and eco-friends, altogether, on paths and spaces that create a healthy lifestyle.
