Gregg Wisecarver

Regional Vice President, Strategic Development at The Sports Facilities Companies

Gregg Wisecarver has a strong work history spanning over multiple industries. Gregg started their career in 1995 as a Youth Minister at New Market Baptist Church, and later became a Minister of Activities and Missions at North Richland Hills Baptist Church in 1997. In 2002, Gregg moved on to Upward Sports, Inc. where they held various roles, including Regional Representative, Global Development Director, Director of Leadership Training, Vice President of Ministry Programming, and finally Vice President of Leadership Training until 2014. Gregg then served as the Executive Director at Upward Sports Nation from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Gregg is employed at The Sports Facilities Companies as a Regional Vice President, Strategic Development since 2018, where they are involved in turning sports and recreational ideas into successful facilities and managing venue operations.

Gregg Wisecarver holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Carson-Newman University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Leisure Services from 1992 to 1996. In terms of high school education, Wisecarver attended Morristown Hamblen High School West from 1982 to 1985, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Wisecarver has obtained a certification as a Tournament and Event Operator from the NCAA in March 2016.
