Ryan Ladd

Ryan Ladd has a diverse work experience in the sports and recreation industry. Ryan began their career as the Director of Parks and Recreation at the City of London, Ohio, where they managed various facilities and oversaw the department's operations and programs. During their time there, they successfully completed several capital projects and renovations.

Ryan then moved on to work as the Facility and Program Manager at Lorain County Metro Parks, where they coordinated operations, programs, events, and staff at the Amherst Health Plex. Ryan played a crucial role in the opening of the indoor facility, outdoor playground/splash pad, and trail extension project.

Following that, Ryan took on the role of Assistant Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Baldwin Wallace University. In this position, they provided support to the coaching staff and assisted in managing important athletic meets and recruiting efforts.

Most recently, Ryan joined The Sports Facilities Companies as the Sports Director at Cedar Point Sports Center. Ryan was responsible for managing youth sports camps, leagues, and clinics, as well as supervising and scheduling staff. Additionally, they took on the role of Director of Events, where they worked on hosting sports tourism events and coordinating with event owners and hotel booking agencies.
