Chris Gowland is an experienced professional in the sports marketing and media sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Founder of The Sports Marketing Group since February 2017. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Global Commercial Director at Motorsport Network from September 2016 to February 2017. Chris's extensive background includes significant roles at Haymarket Media Group, where responsibilities included Global Partnerships Director for the Motorsport Division, Head of Global Partnerships for F1 Racing, and International Sales Manager for F1 Racing from June 2013 to February 2017. Earlier experience also includes a role as Business Development Manager at Interactive Investor and Senior Account Manager at Haymarket Media Group. Chris completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Surrey from 2007 to 2010.
