Danny Clinkscale

Danny Clinkscale is an experienced sports announcer who has been with Union Broadcasting since August 2000, serving as a SportsCenter anchor and co-host of the afternoon drive talk show "Between the Lines." Clinkscale hosts various programs including "College Football Gameday" and pre and postgame shows for the KC Royals and KC Chiefs, as well as providing play-by-play commentary for Sporting KC MLS soccer, UMKC men's basketball, and PGA Web. Prior to this role, Clinkscale held positions at Entercom Kansas City/KMBZ as a sports host, anchor, and reporter, and at KTOP as a sports broadcaster, where "Sports Central" was developed. Earlier career experience includes sports and news reporting at WIBX Radio with a focus on Syracuse football and basketball. Clinkscale earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
