Sophie Clayton has a diverse work experience ranging from legal roles to bartender and sales assistant positions. Sophie started their legal career as a Work Experience at DLA Piper in 2008 and Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2012. Sophie then worked as a Sales Assistant at The Retail People in 2012 and as a Work Experience at Oakman Inns & Restaurants Ltd in 2012. In 2013, they were a Vacation Student at SJ Berwin and later joined Ashridge as a Paralegal. In 2014, they pursued an LPC course at BPP. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Trainee Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons. Sophie then joined Hogan Lovells as a Trainee Solicitor in 2017 and was later promoted to Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Counsel at STH Group, starting in 2019, and recently advanced to the role of Senior Legal Counsel in March 2022.
Sophie Clayton began their education at Berkhamsted Collegiate School, where they studied from 1998 to 2008. Sophie then went on to attend King's College London from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law. After completing their undergraduate studies, Sophie enrolled at BPP Law School in 2014 and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with Distinction in 2015, furthering their expertise in the field of Law.
