Currently serving as the General Manager of Value Transformation at Sportsbet, Alex leads a sizable team in a global personalization initiative. With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, Alex also contributes as a guest lecturer at UNSW, UTS, and Bond University. Previously, Alex held key roles such as Chief Digital and Customer Officer at the National Rugby League, where leadership resulted in significant revenue generation and project success. Additional experience includes advisory positions with Techstars and Water Polo Australia, as well as consulting roles that span various industries and sports organizations.
