Jay Singh

Jay Singh is an experienced IT professional with expertise in performance management and engineering. Currently serving as Service Performance Manager and previously as Performance and Reliability Manager at Sportsbet since August 2022, Jay has developed a strong background in ensuring the performance, stability, and scalability of cloud-based platforms. Prior roles include IT Manager - Application Performance & SRE at David Jones (May 2017 - August 2022), where responsibilities encompassed leading performance engineering efforts and conducting stakeholder sessions on performance issues. At Telstra, Jay worked as a Senior Analyst (August 2015 - April 2017), focusing on performance testing and requirement analysis. Earlier experience includes positions at Apple as Performance Test Analyst, leading a team of performance engineers, and roles at Walmart and Optus specializing in performance testing. Jay holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (2005 - 2009).
