Charles Boyle

Charles Boyle is currently a Board Member & Data Science Advisor at SportsBiz. Prior to that, they were with Fractal Analytics from April 2019 to October 2020 as a Client Partner. In that role, they were the Analytic Development practice leader for Decision Sciences and was responsible for building out the Decision Sciences CoE with diverse resources globally including 5 data scientists and 2 data engineers. Charles also developed and executed analytic roadmaps, vendor selection and management, and build outs of teams. Additionally, they actively supported Product Managers on the integration of predictive modeling capabilities into existing AudaExplore software solutions for Claims Mgmt., Estimating & Compliance. Lastly, they led the definition of project scope and sizing, business case justification, requirements definition, and model development methodology. Charles also partnered with sales to support evaluating clients’ business challenges within claims management and performed analysis in support of machine learning solutions.

During their time at Fractal Analytics, Charles developed Parts Association models for external sheet metal parts, applied to Repair vs. Replace decisioning deployed in estimate compliance solutions; this generated an average savings of $175 per estimate. A patent for Guided Vehicle Repair Estimate is pending.

Charles Boyle has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Widener University, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Ithaca College, and certifications from ASQ Human Development and Leadership Division in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) and SAS in SAS Business Analyst.
