Jo Dixon

Jo Dixon has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. They have held various roles in different organizations, starting with a position as a Commercial Assistant at Amey in 2002. After that, they worked as an HR Assistant at the University of Glasgow from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they joined Amey again as an HR Officer, where they provided HR advisory services and support across multiple contracts. In 2008, Jo joined sportscotland as a Relocation Officer, responsible for implementing and delivering the people elements of a relocation project. They then progressed to various HR Business Partner roles, including a Senior HR Business Partner position and finally as the Head of Human Resources at sportscotland, where they led and inspired a team responsible for providing professional HR advice and support.
