Vijay K. has been working in the sports industry since 2012. Vijay began as a Sports Business Practicum - Consultant for the San Diego Padres/University of San Diego Athletics Department in 2012. In 2013, they interned at Global Athlete Management Enterprises, Inc. (GAME, Inc.). From 2014 to 2020, they held various roles at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, including Manager of Training and Development and Recruiting Coordinator. In 2016, they were Operations Manager at Empowerment Sports Group. In 2020, they were a Training and Engagement Consultant at Total Expert. Currently, they are Director of Product Training and Product Training Manager at Sportsdigita.
