Karen Marasigan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and quality assurance. Currently serving as the CRM Head for Customer Retention at GoldBlue AB since July 2017, Karen has also held positions at AsianLogic as both a Customer Relations Manager and Training/QA Manager since May 2009. Prior roles include Training and Quality at Dell from February 2006 to May 2009 and Quality Assurance at ePLDT Ventus from February 2002 to February 2006. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Scholastica's College, Manila, completed in 2001.
