Mike Kizis

Mike Kizis has extensive experience in coaching, sales, marketing, and field testing roles across various industries. Mike is currently serving as a Department Sales Manager at Sportsman's Warehouse, where Mike leads the hardgoods department. With a background as a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran and a trades-based business owner, Mike specializes in coaching high performers, team leaders, and innovators. Mike has also held positions in sales executive roles at TRNSACT and as a Territory Business Manager at CNH Industrial. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Delaware Valley University, and Mike is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration from Colorado State University.
