Pierre Cantin

Pierre Cantin has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries.

Pierre started their career as a Snowboarding Instructor at Station Plein Air de Saint-Pacôme in 2007 and also worked as a Cherry Picker at Southern Fruit Packers & Cherry Kokanee during the same year.

In 2009, Pierre worked as a Wildlife Technician at Environment and Climate Change Canada, where they conducted auditory and visual wildlife inventories in the boreal forest and managed data and equipment. Pierre also worked as a Research Assistant at Université Laval, assisting with vegetation inventory and identification, as well as characterizing different environments.

In 2010, Pierre joined Lizotte solutions inc as a Wildlife Technician, specializing in wildlife management. Pierre also briefly worked as a Naturalist at the Association forestière de la Gaspésie during the same year.

Pierre's experience in the sports industry includes working at Sportstats Québec as a Coordonnateur-programmeur from 2013 to 2017. Pierre later joined Sportstats as a Business Development/Lead Timer in 2017 and then took on the role of Quality Service Manager/Project Manager in 2019.

Most recently, Pierre joined Lizotte Solutions in 2020 as a Wildlife Technician.

Pierre Cantin completed their high school education at École Secondaire Du Plateau from 1990 to 1994. Pierre then pursued a Diploma in Informatique at Cégep Limoilou from 1998 to 2000. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Cégep de La Pocatière and obtained a Diploma in Techniques de bioécologie.
