Larisa Maksimova

Larisa Maksimova currently serves as the International Marketing Director and Head of Marketing for Africa at Sporty Group, beginning in August 2023. Previously, Larisa held significant roles at Playrix as Marketing Producer and Head of Marketing, where responsibilities included user acquisition for mobile games and digital channel optimization. As Chief Marketing Officer at ivi.ru, management of a 40-person team and development of comprehensive marketing strategies marked significant achievements, including a reduction in churn rate by 10%. Additional experience includes leadership roles in media and performance marketing at Yandex and Modulbank, as well as early career positions in account management and marketing strategy. Larisa holds a Master’s degree in Business Informatics from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
