Zachary R.

Zachary R. has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Zachary started their career in 2013 as a Quality Assurance and Content Developer at Star Sonata 2, where they performed application functionality testing, developed game content, and communicated with the player base. In 2015, they joined Siemens Manufacturing Co., Inc. as a Tech Specialist, responsible for technical support. Zachary later transitioned to the role of IT Technician, where they provided IT support until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Zachary worked at Cisco Meraki as a Network Support Engineer, assisting with network support. Currently, they are employed at Spot AI as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Zachary R. attended Southwestern Illinois College from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administrator. Prior to that, they attended Murray State University from 2012 to 2014, majoring in Engineering Physics.

Additionally, Zachary R. obtained certifications in the field of IT. In 2016, they received the MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In 2017, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco. In 2018, they acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) certification, also from Cisco.
