María Ordovás Calafat

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in both entrepreneurship and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
