Renzo Meza

Renzo Meza has significant experience in operations management, particularly at SpotHero, where a progressive career from Customer Hero to Marketplace Operations Manager was achieved from November 2016 to the present. In various roles, including Technical Supply Manager and Technical Supply Specialist, Renzo successfully managed API integrations and operational workflows with over 70 external PARCS, implementing a 2-day SLA for integration tasks. The transition from a reactive to a data-driven operational approach was initiated as an Operations Associate. Earlier experience includes serving tables and training new employees at Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe from May 2012 to November 2016. Academically, Renzo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Parkland College.
