Jelena Boskovic is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service, hospitality management, and education. Currently serving as a Customer Success Agent at SpotHopper since October 2022, Jelena previously held the position of Hero Member Support Representative at Hero from October 2021 to October 2022. Jelena's extensive experience in the hospitality sector includes roles as Wellness and Spa Manager and Receptionist at Hotel Crni vrh (December 2019 - June 2021), along with various teaching positions within the Faculty of Health, Legal and Business Studies.
