Jaime Wong

Jaime Wong 黄杰宁, CSMP® M.ISMI®, currently serves as the Head of Operations (Global) for Business Protection at Spotify, overseeing a team of five regional security managers across more than 40 offices worldwide. With extensive experience in security management, Jaime has previously held the role of Business Protection Lead for JAPAC at Spotify, where expertise in physical and technical security was applied to develop risk mitigation programs. Prior to joining Spotify, Jaime was a Security Manager at International SOS, managing a team and providing high-level security advice. Other roles include Security Specialist, Intelligence Support Analyst at Microsoft, and internships with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore. Jaime holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from The Australian National University, along with a Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP®) designation.
