Janice Lee Fang

Janice Lee Fang is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Communications for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Spotify since November 2019, Janice has also held the position of Asia Pacific Head of Communications. Additionally, Janice is a member of Uncommon, a network for female leaders. Prior roles include Communications Director for Asia Pacific at TripAdvisor and Director of Internal & Owner Communications at IHG, where strategic communication initiatives were developed to enhance corporate reputation and drive media relations. Janice's earlier career includes positions at ICON International Communications and adidas Singapore. Janice holds a BA Honours in English Literature from Leeds University and GCE A'Levels from Malvern Girls College.
