Kata Bonney

Kata Bonney has extensive experience in customer service operations and marketing, currently serving as Lead of CS Operations for Social & Escalations at Spotify since August 2019. Previous roles at Spotify include Specialist and Senior Associate in CS Social, as well as CS Social Media Associate. Prior to Spotify, Kata Bonney held positions such as Distributor Service Agent at Organo Gold Holdings Europe Ltd., Account Manager at Prestige Event Ltd., Project Manager at Armadillo Creative Agency, and held various roles at Budapest Business School and the Educational Authority of Hungary. Kata Bonney holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Szeged and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Marketing, as well as Tourism and Catering from Budapest Metropolitan University.
