Katie Christiansen

Katie Christiansen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and people operations. Currently serving as Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Global Units at Spotify since March 2019, Katie has held various leadership roles, including Director positions in HR Business Partnering for Finance, Global Affairs, and Global Studios & Video. Prior to Spotify, Katie was the Head of People Operations at Gimlet Media and worked at Time Inc. in multiple HR roles, focusing on talent management and acquisition strategies. Katie began their career at Dow Jones & Co./The Wall Street Journal as an HR Generalist and Talent Management Coordinator. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Latin American Studies from Tufts University.
