Pete Finnecy

Pete Finnecy is an experienced leader in customer success with a robust background in account management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Global Customer Success at Spotify since February 2022, Pete previously held the position of VP of Customer Success, Americas at Integral Ad Science, where a team of 40 was managed to enhance revenue through client lifecycle management. Other notable roles include Head of Customer Success at YouVisit and multiple senior director positions at Yahoo!, where significant revenue growth and strategic partnerships were achieved. Pete’s early career includes account management roles at Yoyodyne Entertainment, Bachurski Associates, and MWM, setting a strong foundation in direct marketing and client relations.
