Shishir Mehrotra is a member of our board of directors. He has been a member of our board of directors since June 13, 2017, and his term will expire on the date of the general meeting of shareholders to be held to approve the annual accounts of 2017. Mr. Mehrotra previously served as our Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, from December 2015 to May 2017. Mr. Mehrotra has previously served as a Vice President of Product and Engineering at Google and Director of Program Management at Microsoft. Mr. Mehrotra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
