Victoria Passant

Victoria Passant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Currently serving as the Senior Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager at Spotify since April 2021, Victoria leads global programs and key initiatives such as the global Disability Inclusion strategy and the mental health initiative, Heart & Soul. Prior to Spotify, Victoria held various roles, including Programme Manager at Leonard Cheshire, where responsibilities included leading employment programs for disabled individuals, and Interim Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Teach For All, focusing on inclusive hiring practices. Victoria's career began at the National Union of Students (UK) and has included significant roles at Teach First, emphasizing the importance of diversity and access in education. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Development and Security and a Bachelor's degree in Politics with Geography from the University of Leeds.
