Karri Vaughan, MBA, has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning from 2013 to the present. From 2022 to the present, Karri is working as the Human Resources Director at Spotless Brands, where they support HR functions across four brands and collaborates with key stakeholders to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees. From 2022 to 2022, Karri worked as the Human Resources Manager at Oshkosh Defense, serving as an employee advocate and providing management oversight for HR-related business processes. From 2020 to 2022, Karri served as the Area Human Resources Manager at BPO, where they provided day-to-day oversight and support to the HR team, serving as a business partner to managers and employees across various HR activities. From 2018 to 2020, Karri worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at AGC Glass Company North America, where they ensured the effective and consistent administration of HR policies and guidelines. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Development from East Tennessee State University. In the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from East Tennessee State University. Additionally, in January 2015, Karri obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
