Danelle Whaanga has a diverse work experience in the fields of business services and business intelligence. Danelle started their career at Stephenson Thorner Limited in 2006, where they progressed from a Graduate Accountant to a Senior Accountant and finally a Compliance Manager. At Spotlight Reporting, they worked as a Senior Account Manager from 2015 to 2017, overseeing the creation of powerful dashboards, reports, and forecasts. Danelle then transitioned to the role of Global Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2022, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Recently, Danelle has become the Chief Experience Officer at Spotlight Reporting as of February 2022.

Danelle Whaanga completed an Associate's degree in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2006 to 2008. Danelle also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington between 2000 and 2003. Danelle has additional certifications including Spotlight Certification from Spotlight Reporting and ACA from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
