Jana Thomas

Jana Thomas is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in crisis management, safety consulting, and forensic science. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Consultant at Spotlight Safety Inc. since January 2024, Jana previously held the position of Manager of Crisis Management and Security at Enel North America from October 2022 to December 2023. Jana also worked as a Health, Environmental, Safety and Quality Specialist at Enel Green Power from August 2021 to October 2022 and as a Consulting Safety Officer at Safety Partners, Inc. from January 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Jana served as a Forensic Scientist II at the MA State Police for thirteen years. Jana holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Investigation from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northeastern University, along with a certification as a Workplace Violence and Threat Specialist from the McAfee Institute.
