Michael Milios

Michael Milios is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and service industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer and CSM Lead at SpotOn since October 2021, Michael provides consulting and operational support to enhance the success of SpotOn's customers. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Manager at The Capital Grille from July 2017 to October 2021 and was an Executive Chef Partner at Taylor County Taphouse from September 2014 to July 2017. Michael also has experience as a General Manager at Whataburger from March 2010 to July 2012. Educationally, Michael has an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Dallas College, attended Johnson & Wales University, and studied at the University of North Texas.
