Mikael Hägerström

Mikael Hägerström has a diverse work experience in the field of computer vision and geometric processing. Mikael worked at Spotscale from 2015 to the present as the Head of Engineering, leading the development of computer vision and geometric processing algorithms for 3D models from aerial imagery. Mikael also applied deep learning techniques to interpret the built environment and actively participated in sales events, conferences, and field work. Prior to that, they worked at Saab from 2013 to 2014 as a Software Engineer.

Mikael Hägerström completed their undergraduate studies in Elektroteknik at Linköping University from 2009 to 2015, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. Mikael then pursued further studies in Datorvetenskap at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in 2015, where they also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.
