Michelle Alford, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for Spotsylvania County, a position held since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing human resources functions such as staffing, compensation, training, benefits, and workers' compensation, along with process improvement and participation in cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resource Generalist at SimVentions and Marstel-Day, LLC, as well as various executive assistant positions supporting high-level executives at organizations including SWIFT, GTSI Corp (now UNICOM Government), the Washington Redskins, and TASC, an Engility Company.
