Frank Fleming

Frank Fleming is a Deputy Sheriff at Spotsylvania Sheriff, an Economic Analyst at Calhoun International, and an Instructor for USAF at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC. Prior to this, Frank worked as a Senior Logistics Analyst at EOIR Technologies, Inc, a Watch Analyst at Capstone Corporation, and a Police Sgt. at Northern Virginia Community College. With a background in law enforcement and intelligence analysis, Frank has also served as a Law Enforcement Subject Matter Expert in Afghanistan and as a Special Agent at the Dept. of Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Frank holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia Southern University.
