Femke van Cleef

Femke van Cleef has extensive experience in project management and process improvement, currently serving as Manager PMO and Manager Procesverbetering en Innovatie at Spotta since May 2014. Prior to this role, Femke worked as a Project Manager at Post NL Autobedrijf from April 2013 to May 2014 and held various positions at PostNL from March 2003 to April 2013, including Centrale Implementatie Coordinator Voorbereiden and Senior Adviseur Logistieke Strategie, focusing on designing and implementing new logistics processes. Femke also had significant responsibilities as Vestigingsmanager for both Soest and Amersfoort Noord, managing financial, operational, and personnel aspects of regional postal distribution. Additionally, Femke served as Ass. Manager Collectie, overseeing the collection process in Amsterdam. Femke holds a degree from the University of Groningen, earned from 1997 to 2002, and completed secondary education at Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest from 1991 to 1997.
